Terms of Business

All bookings are considered as being provisional until a minimum payment of 50% of course fee is received. The balance of payment is due prior to commencement of the course. Please make cheques payable to

Cancellations should be notified in writing to Healthcare Skills Training. Booking fees are not refundable. Course fees will be refunded provided that at least 14 days' written notice is received.

Places on specific courses are subject to availability. Healthcare Skills Training reserves the right to refuse any application for a place. The programme is subject to a process of continuous improvement which will mean that content will inevitably change over time.
