• Reduction in Risk to NHS

Hospital will have met its own legal obligation to assess risks of Company representatives being in clinical areas and supporting clinical teams. Having identified and assessed the risk put policy in place to support.

NHS will demonstrate active management of the presence of the Company Representatives and show analysis of patient benefits v risks.

NHS will have evidence of a contractual link to Company Representatives. This contractual link would specify evidence of competence /minimum training standards and identify continuing education provision for company representatives.

The hospital has identified the need for companies to indemnify loan instruments and any other equipment used which is not owned by the hospital. Should a similar indemnity be offered by the companies for their personnel in the support/training of clinical teams and hospital employees?

Hospital will have systems in place to ensure Controls Assurance Markers are met with regard to Medical Devices.
